Eunice Lim

Senior Manager, Policy — APAC

Eunice Lim is Senior Manager, Policy — APAC. In this role, she works closely with the BSA team to develop strategies and implement plans to advance BSA’s policy agenda in APAC with a focus on privacy and data flows issues.

Prior to joining BSA, Lim was Senior Manager in the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore where she worked with a wide range of stakeholders, including think tanks, government officials, inter-governmental organizations, to advance Singapore’s thought leadership in data governance and privacy-related issues. In addition, Lim is also an experienced trade negotiator with a focus on electronic commerce and digital trade issues, and she was one of the lead negotiators for the e-commerce chapter in the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership agreement.

Eunice holds a Master’s Degree in Contemporary China from the Nanyang Technological University and a Bachelor of Arts from the National University of Singapore. Lim is based in BSA’s Singapore office.
